Nutrition & Chronic Pain
Living with chronic pain changes how — and whether — you can manage meals. This program combines self-directed learning with weekly live RD-led groups to help you build a realistic eating pattern, understand what the evidence actually shows about nutrition and inflammation, and plan for fatigue, flares, sleep, and hydration. You'll leave with a plan built around your energy, not an ideal you can't sustain.
