Hybrid · Self-Directed + Live Groups

Nutrition & Autism Spectrum Disorder

This 8-week program brings together practical nutrition education with weekly live support from a Registered Dietitian who specializes in neurodivergent-affirming care. You'll explore the connection between sensory processing and eating, build predictable mealtime routines, and gently expand food variety — all without pressure, shame, or a goal of "fixing" anyone's eating. Caregivers are welcome and encouraged to take part alongside autistic participants.
